Relaxing Our Minds & Bodies - Year 6 Yoga!

This term we are delving into the restoritive world of yoga! After 3 weeks we now have the basics mastered: breathing, strech, core strength, mindfulness and relaxation.

We will continue building on these areas throughout this term and as we approach the KS2 SATs exams to help us to focus and de-stress. These are all great techniques for everyone to use daily, not just in a PE lesson!
