Medical Information
As an inclusive school we welcome children who may have occasional or on-going health concerns requiring medicine to be administered or care to be given to the child by school staff. On admission to school any known medical conditions will be discussed with you and documented and a health plan for your child will be made available to relevant staff.
For children who occasionally may require to bring medicine in to school we kindly ask that parents visit the School Office to complete a medical form to authorise staff to administer the medicine supplied by you. Children must not bring medicine in to school themselves but instead it should be handed over at the School Office.
