Challenge Partners

East Farleigh Primary School is part of the Challenge Partner Network.  Challenge Partners is a practitioner-led education charity with a national network of more than 575 schools and 150 school trusts, who all believe the best way to reduce educational inequality is to combine wisdom.  

We are part of the local Impact Alliance Hub linking with schools across the South East Region.

In January 2025 we had a peer to peer Quality Assurance Review at East Farleigh.     The QA Review provides a peer evaluation of a school’s practice in curriculum, teaching and learning, and leadership. It is a voluntary and developmental process, and the peer review team can evaluate and offer ‘peer evaluation estimates’ .   As a result of the review, it was agreed that East Farleigh Primary School was a 'Leading' school.

The QA Review does not audit schools’ safeguarding or behaviour policies and practices.   However, Lead Reviewers and visiting reviewers are expected to follow Challenge Partners’ safeguarding policy and report any concerns as set out in the procedures.
