The Colour Monster

This week in the EYFS our topic is 'My Emotions' and our book is 'The Colour Monster'. The children have loved listening to the story and identifying the different emotions felt within the book. We have had discussions about times when we have felt those feelings and ways we can work through them.

The children have been immersing themselves in the story by doing lots of Colour Monster themed activities such as making their own monsters out of playdough, working their find motor skills with some threading and tweezing and colouring their own colour monsters, including a giant one that we will display in our classroom!
