Science Week - EYFS
During Science Week, our EYFS class had a fantastic time exploring and experimenting like real scientists! The children loved taking part in class experiments including walking water, dancing popcorn and a “sink or float” investigation, where they made predictions and shared their discoveries. We also enjoyed a carousel of hands-on activities such as rainbow bubbles, string telephones, milk fireworks, DIY lava lamps and making oobleck, which sparked lots of curiosity and excitement. To make the week even more special, we had visits from the mobile zoo Jaws and Claws, where we met some amazing animals, and a travelling planetarium where we learnt all about the planets and space. It was a wonderful week full of exploration, questioning and discovery!
