Reaching out to Spain!

Around 120 children from our Spanish partner school Colegio Valle del Miro in Madrid have written letters to our Y4 students.

The children were delighted to receive and to read their letters from their pen pals.

Each child will have the opportunity to respond to at least two Spanish children, they have all been assigned individual names and are currently busy reading, translating and writing their response.

Meanwhile, Y6 had their first video call with students from Y6 from the Spanish school and were able to introduce themselves and exchange basic information using both languages.
