Forest Jam Jars
The last day of half term brought the sunshine to East Farleigh. We had a fantastic end to Forest School for another week.
Jamjars
Year 6 made some beautiful nature candle jars. We used pressed dried flowers, torn coloured paper and plastic glue.  They look beautiful when lit up with a candle.
Today we tried something new on the fire. We made popcorn. It was a first for us - I am pleased to report, it was a great success. So a thumbs up to more of that for our other year groups.
Around the fire today we chatted about technology,  social media and the potential dangers. We spoke about how a school in Essex banned phones for 3 weeks as part of an experiment.
It was an interesting conversation!
I hope you all have a wonderful half term break. See you soon for another Forest School Friday
